At Aaram Charpai Udyog, we strive to deliver high-quality folding beds and related products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (heavy and bulky items), we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit

• Product has a manufacturing defect

• Incorrect product delivered (different from the order placed)

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Size or design preference after order confirmation

• Minor color variations

• Products used or assembled

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Share:

   • Order ID

   • Clear photos / videos of the issue

   • Description of the problem

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

3. Replacement Policy

• Approved returns will be replaced, not refunded, in most cases

• Replacement product will be dispatched after:

  • Verification of issue

  • Reverse pickup or confirmation (as applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time:

  • 5–7 working days after approval

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

• Bulk orders (10+ units) are non-returnable

• Any defects or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Bulk orders follow custom terms agreed at the time of order confirmation

6. Damaged Shipments

If the product arrives damaged:

• Do not accept the delivery if damage is visible

• If accepted, report damage within 24 hours

• Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
