At Aaram Charpai Udyog, we aim to ensure that your order is dispatched in a timely manner and delivered through reliable logistics partners. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We offer Pan-India shipping across most serviceable pin codes in India through third-party logistics providers integrated via Shiprocket.

Shipping availability is subject to:

  • Courier serviceability

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery location


2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation

  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on:

    • Product availability

    • Bulk order quantities

    • Customization requirements

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimated and provided by courier partners at checkout or after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Actual delivery time may vary based on courier operations, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Aaram Charpai Udyog does not guarantee exact delivery dates


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

    • Product weight & dimensions

    • Delivery pin code

    • Courier partner rates

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


5. Role of Courier & Logistics Partners

All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners assigned through Shiprocket.

Once an order is dispatched:

  • Delivery, transit, and handling are managed by the courier partner

  • Any delays caused by the courier are outside the direct control of Aaram Charpai Udyog

We will assist customers by coordinating with courier partners wherever possible.


6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • Natural events, strikes, or force majeure situations

In such cases:

  • Customers are advised to track orders using the provided tracking link

  • Aaram Charpai Udyog will not be held liable for delays beyond dispatch


7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the shipment

  • Inform us immediately

If damage is noticed after delivery:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in:

    • Additional shipping charges

    • Order cancellation without refund of shipping charges


9. Bulk & Institutional Orders

  • Bulk orders may follow custom shipping timelines

  • Dispatch and delivery commitments for bulk orders are discussed and agreed separately

  • Transit delays for bulk shipments are subject to courier handling and route logistics


10. Ownership & Risk Transfer

  • Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery

  • Aaram Charpai Udyog is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused after successful delivery confirmation
