5. Role of Courier & Logistics Partners
All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners assigned through Shiprocket.
Once an order is dispatched:
Delivery, transit, and handling are managed by the courier partner
Any delays caused by the courier are outside the direct control of Aaram Charpai Udyog
We will assist customers by coordinating with courier partners wherever possible.
6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Customers are advised to track orders using the provided tracking link
